Changes to Despatch Times in November

Normally we despatch on the next working day or, depending on the time you place your order, we sometimes manage same day despatch. However, during November we will be timing our despatch in attempt to avoid the worst impact of the Royal Mail strikes.

We offer 3 levels of service to our international customers: 

Economy is not a tracked service and can take up to 3 months for some international destinations.

Standard is also not a tracked service and can take up to 1 month.

Express is tracked and generally arrives in 1-2 weeks.
